Today I popped a tire going to visit my parents and pulled in to the station in the rain with 3 kids. They were slammed but said they’d fit me in. They made sure I had someone to come get me since it wouldn’t be fixed right away. Always excellent customer service. I chose Glennwood Village tire Pros because I could see he was an independent repair shop. When I pulled in and told him what happened he sent one of his techs out to look at it. Before I knew it he had it off the car and was repairing it. He had the tire repaired and we were on our way in about 30 min.
