Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about your vehicle? Find answers to common inquiries about oil changes, tire alignment, state inspections, and our warranty coverage here.

Where are your Raleigh locations?
We have two Raleigh Exxon service stations: Six Forks Station Exxon at 9501 Strickland Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615, and Glenwood Village Exxon at 2601 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27608.
What are your hours?
Six Forks Station Exxon: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, closed Sunday. Glenwood Village Exxon: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM, closed Sunday.
Do you do NC state inspections?
Yes. Both locations perform North Carolina state vehicle inspections. Book online or call Six Forks at (919) 848-1550 or Glenwood Village at (919) 782-0419.
How much do new tires cost?
Tire prices depend on your vehicle and the tires you choose. Shop tires online to see prices, or request a free quote and we will walk you through your options.
Do I need an alignment with new tires?
We recommend checking your alignment when you buy new tires. A proper alignment helps your new tires wear evenly and last longer.
How long does an oil change take?
Most oil changes are quick. Book an appointment online or call ahead and we will have you back on the road as soon as possible.
What are signs my car needs brake service?
Watch for squeaking or grinding, a soft or spongy pedal, vibration when stopping, or a brake warning light. If you notice any of these, schedule a brake inspection right away.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Repairs at both locations are backed by the NAPA Peace of Mind Warranty, a nationwide warranty honored at NAPA AutoCare Centers across the country.
